Our Cinco de Mayo weekend celebration could not be made possible without the generous support of our sponsors. The reception and banquet is our means to recognize them and thank them for their support. We will also be honoring our Parade Grand Marshals.
The 5:30 PM reception, co-hosted by MYLPA, will feature live entertainment, silent auction, networking, and cash bar. The 6:30 PM banquet will feature an authentic Mexican dinner, recognition of our sponsors and Grand Marshals, and more live entertainment!
Carlos Gomez, President/CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City, will deliver the banquet's keynote speech.
Since 2005 the Barrientos Scholarship Foundation has been providing college scholarships to students of Latino heritage who choose to attend Nebraska colleges and universities.
